Documentary Treatment
Mission Statement:
This film will chronicle the lives of people who have been diagnosed with terminally ill diseases, or have chronic pain or disease and have beaten the odds by taking a holistic route of treatment.
The film will be based on the philosophy of Holistic Voice, which states:
"Incurable Means Curable From Within."
At Holistic Voice we know that any disease, chronic condition, or ailment can be cured by natural methods. Our goal is to inform our readers of how they too can lead the life they truly desire: A life full of vitality, energy and happiness.
The body is a self-healing mechanism. If we treat it right, it will cure us of any disease or chronic condition without the use of harmful drugs such as pharmaceuticals and chemotherapy.
The film will chronicle the experiences of different people who have battled different ailments and diseases ranging from chronic pain to terminal cancer. The film will show how doctors were wrong about their treatment and how they went on to live the lives they deserved: lives full of energy and vitality.
Take for example the case of Evita Ramparte who was told she would need immediate surgery and chemotherapy to cure her ovarian cancer and that she would never have children. Now a radiant, expecting mother, Evita was able to cure her ovarian cancer holistically with a combination of herbs, juicing and olive oil and is now cancer-free.
The documentary will follow others along their journey as well as interview experts in the field including M.D.s, holistic health practitioners, as well as explore healing cures such as acupuncture, massage, colon hydrotherapy, detoxing, cranial sacral therapy, reiki, vitamins and minerals and so much more!
The goal of the documentary is to inform viewers that they always have a choice, that cancer is not a death sentence, and that if given the chance, the body will heal itself of any health condition.
About the Filmmaker:
Allison Biggar is dedicated to bringing alternative health issues to life. After losing both her parents to cancer at a young age, Allison became passionate about natural, organic health issues and learned that every disease is curable by natural methods.
Also an award winning filmmaker Allison is in pre-production of a natural health documentary dedicated to showing people how to cure themselves of diseases and ailments using natural methods.
"Through my work as a documentary filmmaker I hope to inspire and educate people. I want to show perspectives they may have never seen before. My next project will deal with the sorry state of health care in this country. After having both my parents die of cancer, I have learned that doctors are not God. They are trained to prescribe medicine, not to heal your body. Your body is full of toxins due to our terrible food supply, technology, air, etc. As long as you keep your body toxic, you will get sick.
I believe in holistic medicine, which treats your whole body and not just your symptoms. Pharmaceutical drugs only treat the symptom, but never the root cause. They are also highly toxic and cause more disease than they cure. As long as you take drugs, you will always be sick. There are many natural ways to heal your body through vitamins, cleansing, yoga, acupuncture, chiropractic care, being aware of your thoughts, mind and body work, etc.
The drug companies capitalize on our ignorance of these natural methods and as long as we fall for these misleading advertisements, we will only get sicker and sicker. Cancer rates are higher than ever before. There are so many things you can do to prevent it that you may not be aware of. The goal of my next documentary will be to educate people on how they can prevent and cure cancer using natural medicine."

Principle Photography will be conducted with two Sony EX1 HD digital video cameras and will be shot in true widescreen in anticipation of it’s theatrical release.
